Here at MedicoNotes, we strive to make our customers happy and help them become the best clinicians they can possibly be. We do this by providing a pack of innovative medical notes and resources for medical professionals and students anywhere to help them prepare for their exams and excel in clinical practice.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please get in touch via email at support@mediconotes.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation for you.
However, please note that as our store provides primarily digital products that cannot be returned, we only send refunds under very specific conditions. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if it does not fit our eligibility criteria.

Please keep in mind that although our products are digital, they are costly to produce and to distribute via secure cloud services, and once a customer downloads their purchased content, our costs of distribution are locked in.
If you are approved for a refund, you will receive an email notification confirming this, and receive return of funds via your original payment method, within 5 business days.
If you are not approved for a refund, we may (at our sole discretion) offer you store credit in the form of a voucher up to the value of your original purchase which can be used on any other items in our store.
